This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The establishing of a Liquidation Committee. That the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken, subject to the revised fee estimate, but capped at £99,300.

The meeting will be held as a virtual meeting by video conference on 15 June 2023 at 11.00 am.
