A Petition to wind up the above-named company DLF STEEL FABRICATORS LIMITED (Company Number 11721915) of 181 – 183 Station Lane, Hornchurch, Essex, RM12 6LL (where service of the Petition was effected), whose nature of business is 24200 – manufacture of tubes, pipes, hollow profiles and related fittings of steel presented on Thursday 4 May 2023 and issued on Wednesday 10 May 2023 by AJN STEELSTOCK LIMITED of Icknield Way, Kentford, Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 7QT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard in Person at the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC2A 1NL on Wednesday 21 June 2023 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
