Notice is hereby given that on 2nd May 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that FB (EDI) LIMITED, with its Registered Office at 2 Anderson Place, Edinburgh, EH6 5NP be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 10th May 2023 ordained the said FB (EDI) LIMITED and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 27 Chambers St, Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
