Notice is hereby given that on 9 May 2023 a Note was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by David Johnstone relative to the winding-up of Strategic AD Limited (formerly After Digital Limited), (SC524000) having its registered office at 87 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5TF, craving the Court inter alia to grant leave to the Noter in terms of s.216 of the Insolvency Act 1986 to be involved in the management of Peppered UK Limited, trading as After Digital, a company trading with a prohibited name in relation to the Noter, in which Note the Sheriff at Glasgow by deliverance dated 11 May 2023 appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Note should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
