Notice is hereby given that on 3 May 2023 a petition was presented to the sheriff at Dundee by Final Touches (Dundee) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC442815, having its registered office at North Grange Farm House, Arbroath Road, Monifieth, Dundee, DD5 4HT (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, in which petition the sheriff, by interlocutor dated 3 May 2023, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Dundee Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
