A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Connell Construction (South West) Limited (05315797) of Sigma House, Oak View Close, Torquay TQ2 7FF, whose nature of business is 41100- Development of building projects, presented on Thursday 06 April 2023, at 10:00 by MABEY HIRE LIMITED, of Scout Hill, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury WF13 3EJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business & Property Courts Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 23 May 2023, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
