Notice is hereby given that on 24 April 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Peterhead by Fraserburgh Inshore Fishermen Limited craving the Court inter alia that Fraserburgh Inshore Fishermen Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC091375 and having its Registered Office at 100 Shore Street, Fraserburgh AB43 9BT (“the Company”), should be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, following upon which Petition the Sheriff at Peterhead by Interlocutor dated 26 April 2023 appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Peterhead within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
