Notice is hereby given that on 6th April 2023 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Directors of Strategic AD Limited (formerly After Digital Limited). (Company Number SC524000) craving the Court inter alia to order that Strategic AD Limited having their Registered Office at 87 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 5TF be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; and that, in the meantime, Brian Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB and Gerard Patrick Crampsey, Insolvency Practitioner, Stirling Toner Ltd., Kensington House, 227 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3EX be appointed Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 18th April 2023 appointed the said Brian Milne and Gerard Patrick Crampsey as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the Powers contained in Part I, Part II and Part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for a period of 3 months from the 18th April 2023 or until the appointment of an Interim Liquidator, which ever shall first occur; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
