NOTICE is hereby given that on 6th April 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie Sheriff Court by Smart Group (Scotland) Limited craving the court inter alia that KR Clyde Valley Limited, Company Number SC627721, having its’ registered office at 45 Hagmill Street, Shawhead Industrial Estate, Coatbridge ML5 4XD be wound up by the court and that an interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by Interlocutor dated 12th April 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Airdrie Sheriff Court, Graham Street, Airdrie ML6 6EE within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; of which notice is hereby given.
