Notice is hereby given that on 29th March 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court by South Forrest, Solicitors, having their place of business at 8 Ardross Terrace, Inverness, IV3 5NW, craving the Court, inter alia, that Agilis Health Limited a Company incorporated in Scotland under the Companies Acts, (Company No. SC664520) and having its Registered Office at c/o Brown, Scott and Maine, 31 Townsend Place, Kirkcaldy, Fife, United Kingdom, KY11 1HB be wound up by Court Order under the Provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Richard Bathgate, Johnston Carmichael, Bishops Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL or such other person as the Court may elect to be interim Liquidator of the said Company in which Petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by Interlocutor dated 12th April 2023 ordains any persons interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kirkcaldy within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
