This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Trevor John Binyon, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB.

The virtual meeting will be held as follows: A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That a Liquidation Committee be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members of a Committee; 2. That the Joint Liquidators' fees be fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken, to be capped at £20,287.50; 3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw Category 2 expenses to be fixed as set out in the expenses estimate.
