Notice is hereby given that on 6 April 2023 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Lerwick by Brian Robert John Anderson craving the Court inter alia that BA Builders (Shetland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Roadside Houlls, Bridge End, Burra, Shetland, ZE2 9LE (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Lerwick by interlocutor dated 6 April 2023 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Lerwick, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; and eo die appointed Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
