Notice is hereby given that on 16 March 2023 a petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Alan Inglis care of 19 West Mount Street, Aberdeen, AB25 2RD for an order to wind up FCV LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC449684) and having its registered office at 19 West Mount Street, Aberdeen, AB25 2RD in terms of section 122 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and for the appointment of joint provisional liquidators, being Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD, qualified Insolvency practitioners, to be provisional liquidators of the said company and authorises them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.

Sheriff Summers, by interlocutor dated 16 March 2023, appointed inter alia the petition to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers and allowed FCV Ltd, and any other persons claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement of the petition.
