This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Louise Freestone, of Opus Restructuring LLP, Pavilion House, 14-16 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AB. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Revised Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee. 3. The approval of the Joint Administrators’ fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Joint Administrators’ discharge.
