Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to Alloa Sheriff Court on 6 March 2023 by Dalriada Trustees Limited as trustee of the Binnian Cedar Retirement Benefits Scheme seeking an order to wind up Binnian Cedar Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC434066) and having its registered office at 46B McNabb Street, Dollar, United Kingdom, FK14 7DL in terms of section 122 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Interim Joint Liquidators, in which Petition Sheriff M Labaki, by interlocutor dated 10 March 2023, appointed any party claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Alloa Sheriff Court, 47 Drysdale Street, Alloa FK10 1JA within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
