NOTICE is hereby given that on 10 March 2023 a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Morag Yule and Anthony Yule, the directors of Aberdeen Risk Management Services Limited, craving the Court, inter alia, that ABERDEEN RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC435658) and having its Registered Office at Conifer House, Old Tollhouse Road, Aboyne, Aberdeenshire, AB34 5AF be wound up by the Court and that Richard Bathgate, Insolvency Practitioner, Johnston Carmichael LLP, be appointed as Interim Liquidator; by Interlocutor dated 10 March 2023 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Castle Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP, within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
