This notice is given pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016.

Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company is being convened and will be held at 1.00 pm on 15 March 2023 using Zoom. Gurpaal Judge, a director of the Company, is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener").

The primary purpose of the virtual meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4pm on 14 March 2023. Any creditor wishing to attend the virtual meeting should also make this clear when submitting their proof in respect of their claim, and Zoom video meeting attendance details for the virtual meeting can then be provided by return to those creditors expressing their intention to attend the virtual meeting - these details will be provided, on behalf of the Convener, by return by 10.00 am on 15 March 2023.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting. If you represent a corporate creditor and you wish to arrange attendance at the virtual meeting on behalf of the corporate creditor then a proxy must be submitted to the Convener.

Any person who requires further information may contact Gabrielle Whatmore by telephone on 020 7516 1500 or alternatively by email at lotus@btguk.com. Proofs in respect of creditor's claims and proxies can be lodged by post at 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR (marked 'urgent' and for the attention of Gary Shankland, Joint Liquidator) or by email at lotus@btguk.com.
