Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) that the Company was placed into creditors’ voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Colin David Wilson (IP No: 9478) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK5 8PJ and Stephen Lancaster of (IP No: 13910) of Lucas Ross Limited, Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Manchester, M26 2JS were appointed Joint Liquidators by the creditors on 24 February 2023.

Notice is further given, that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 27 March 2023 by sending full details of their claims to Colin Wilson at Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK5 8PJ. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.

Please note that no further public notice will be made and therefore the Liquidators shall be entitled to make any distribution without regard to any claims not proved in the manner required by statute.
