Notice is hereby given that on 14 February 2023 a Petition by Don MacKay, residing at 6 Earl’s Cross Gardens, Dornoch IV25 3NR was presented to the Sheriffdom of Grampian, Highlands and Islands at Wick craving the court inter alia to order that A & D House Furnishers Limited, company number SC068754, registered office at the Shop, Harbour Road, Thurso, Caithness, KW14 8DE be wound up by the court and to appoint joint interim liquidators of the said Company, the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 14 February 2023, Ref: WCK-L1-23, ordered the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Press & Journal newspaper, ordains the said A & D House Furnishers Limited, the Shop, Harbour Road, Thurso KW14 8DE and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Wick within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, all of which notice is given.
