Notice is given under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (Engalnd & Wales) Rules 2016 ("'the Rules') that the Company was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (solvent liquidation) on 14 February 2023 and Scott G Bastick (IP No. 13930) of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA was appointed Liquidator by the creditors.

Notice is further given that the Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 10 May 2023 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator at Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.
