A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 13 January 2023 by (1) PENGXIN INTERNATIONAL MINING CO., LTD; and (2) HILLROC GLOBAL RESOURCES INVESTMENT FUND LP of (1) Room 2280, 2299 North Zhongshan Road, Putuo District, Shanghai, People's Republic of China; and (2) c/o Intertrust Corporate Services (Cayman) Limited, 190 Elgin Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman, KY1-9005, the Cayman Islands; respectively, claiming to be creditors of the Company.
The petition will be heard at 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on 1 March 2023, at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
