A Petition to wind up the above-named company of PALOMA CAR HIRE LTD (11881104) of Apex House Orlando Bridge, Orlando Street, Bolton, BL3 6DP, whose nature of business is the renting and leasing of cars and light motor vehicles, presented on Tuesday 22 November 2022 BY CALPE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED, of PO Box 1338, 1st Floor, Grand Ocean Plaza Ocean Village, Gibraltar claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Manchester 1 Bridge Street West Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 14 March 2023, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
