NOTICE is hereby given that on 13 January 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by Plaspac UK Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number: 05690686) and having its registered office at Ridgemount House, Hyde Place, Llanhilleth, Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent, NP13 2RT craving the Court inter alia that Seolta Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC553342)  having its registered office at Unit 6 The Maxwell Building, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G75 0QR be wound up by the Court and that Scott Bastick, Insolvency Practitioner of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice Limited, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by Interlocutor dated 19 January 2023 (HAM-L2-23) appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted as craved, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court, 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton, ML3 0BT within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement.
