A petition to wind up the above-named company, Swansea Audio Limited (company number 05420777) (“the Company”) of 78 - 80 St. Mary Street, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 1FA has been presented on 6 December 2022 by MAIZELANDS LIMITED (company number 03292060) and ARRINGFORD LIMITED (company number 03292065) both of 20 Churchill Place, London, E14 5HJ in their capacity as trustees for and on behalf of State Street Trustees Limited (company number 02982384) acting in its capacity as depositary for the Scottish Widows Property Authorised Contractual Scheme (hereinafter called “the Petitioner”) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 25 January 2023 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must deliver a notice of intention to appear to the Petitioner (or the Petitioner’s solicitor) in accordance with requirements of rule 7.14 by not later than 4pm on 24 January 2023.
