A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Reids 04 Ltd (11289068) of Po Box Floor 1, 124 Baker Street, London W1U 6TY, Po Box Floor 1, 124 Baker Street, London W1U 6TY (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Development of building projects, presented on Monday 28 November 2022, at 10:30 by BERKELEY ASSET FINANCE LTD (IN LIQUIDATION) AND NM GROUP LTD (IN LIQUIDATION) (BOTH ACTING BY THEIR JOINT LIQUIDATORS STEPHEN HUNT AND KEVIN ASHLEY GOLDFARB), of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Royal Courts Of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 15 February 2023, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
