NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that meetings of creditors of each of the above-named companies will be held at 2 Market Place, Carrickfergus, BT38 7AW on 19th January 2023 at 12pm, 1pm and 2.30pm respectively for the following purposes:
1. to receive a statement of affairs of the company;
2. to nominate one or more insolvency practitioners as liquidator or joint liquidators;
3. if appropriate, to appoint a liquidation committee; and
4. to pass any other resolution deemed appropriate by the chairman
The resolutions to be taken at the meetings may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meetings must, unless they are individual creditors attending in person, ensure that their proxy forms, together with a full statement of claim, are received at 2 Market Place, Carrickfergus, BT38 7AW not later than 12:00 noon on the business day before the meetings.
Lists of the names and addresses of the companies’ creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at 2 Market Place, Carrickfergus, BT38 7AW on the two business days preceding the meetings date.
