I was appointed as Liquidator of the above company on 4 October 2022. I am seeking information on the names and addresses of the creditors of the company and the value of their claims.

The Company is no longer able to provide you with a funeral plan. Dignity Funerals Ltd (" Dignity ") had agreed to offer a plan equivalent to the one you had held.

If you have not chosen to opt into a Dignity plan this means that you no longer have a funeral plan, but you do have a claim against the Company for its failure to provide you with that funeral plan.

The creditors of the above named are required on or before 6 February 2023, the last day of proving, to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Jeremy Bennett of O’Haras Limited, Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton BD19 3UE, the Liquidator, a written statement of the amount claimed due to them from the above company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.
