On 23 December 2022, a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Matthew Davies and Euan Wielewski, craving the court inter alia that Anomalous Technologies Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC609436 having its registered office formerly at 17 Stoneybank Avenue, Musselburgh, EH21 6HN and now at C/O French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 8HB be wound up and an interim liquidator appointed; in which petition Sheriff Fife by interlocutor dated 23 December 2022 allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; meantime, nominates and appoints David McGinness of French Duncan LLP, 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8HB to be a provisional liquidator of the said company and authorises him to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for a limited period of 3 months; all of which notice is hereby given.
