NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented in the Sheriffdom of South Strathclyde Dumfries and Galloway at Dumfries by Brenda Louise Moffat, Donald Jardine Moffat and Susan Usher Moffat Brewster, all of 51 Newall Terrace, Dumfries, Scotland DG1 1LN, on 20 December 2022, craving the Court inter alia to order that CATHERINEFIELD WINDOWS LIMITED, a company incorporated and registered in Scotland (company number SC331723), having its registered office at 51 Newall Terrace, Dumfries, Scotland, DG1 1LN (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators; and in the meantime, to appoint Michelle Marie Elliot and Stuart Charles Robb , both Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumfries by Interlocutor dated 20 December 2022 appointed the said Michelle Marie Elliot and Stuart Charles Robb as Joint Provisional Liquidators with the powers conferred by sections 135, 167 and 169 and Part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
