A Petition to wind up the above Company whose registered office is situated at Rowan House, Whitehill Industrial Estate, Whitehill Street, Stockport, SK5 7LW was presented on 1 November 2022 by ICELAND FOODS LIMITED whose registered office is situated at Second Avenue, Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, Flintshire, CH5 2NW (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard by telephone conference at Stockport County Court, The Courthouse, Edward Street, Stockport, SK1 3DQ on 9 January 2023 at 11.10am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention to the Petitioner in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 16.00 hours on Friday 6 January 2023.
