On 21 November 2022, a petition was presented to Dunfermline Sheriff Court by Ross James Hamilton and Stewart Philip Hamilton, craving the court inter alia that Ideal Vending & Coffee Company Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC166485 having its registered office formerly at Unit 1, Block 21, Ridge Way, Hillend, Dunfermline, KY11 9JN and now at C/O FRP Advisory Trading Limited Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD be wound up and an interim liquidator appointed; in which petition Sheriff Labaki by interlocutor dated 22 November 2022 allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, 1/6 Carnegie Drive, Dunfermline, KY12 7HJ within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; meantime, nominates and appoints Callum Carmichael and Chad Griffin of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD to be provisional liquidators of the said company and authorises them to exercise the powers contained in parts 2 and 3 of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
