Notice is hereby given that on 29 November 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Flowercard Scotland Limited craving the Court inter alia that Flowercard Scotland Limited having its registered office at BTO Solicitors, One Edinburgh Quay, 113 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, Scotland EH3 9QG be wound up by the Court and that Mark Harper and Steven John Parker both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 1RW be appointed as joint interim liquidators after service, intimation and advertisement; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor (EDI-L93-22) dated 7 December 2022 ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
