A Petition to wind up the above-named company of HKZ Waste & Construction Limited (12161072) of 5 Faraday House, Aurora Gardens, London SW11 8ED, whose nature of business is collection of non-hazardous waste, construction of commercial buildings, management consultancy activities other than financial management, presented on Monday 31 October 2022, at 10:00 by WALLEYS QUARRY LTD, of Borough House, Borough Court, Borough Road, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire ST1 5TT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 13 December 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
