NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court of Glasgow and Strathkelvin by LDF Finance No. 3 Limited (Registered Number 08822799) a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Second Floor HQ Offices, 58 Nicholas Street, Chester CH1 2NP, (“PETITIONER”), craving the Court inter alia to order that REILLY & SONS LIMITED, (Registered Number: SC552015) a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow G1 2NQ be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator and that by Interlocutor dated 31st October 2022, Court Ref: GLW-L109-22 appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, should lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court within eight days of such intimation, service or advertisement under certification.
