NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented at the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin by Harper Macleod LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company Number SO300331) and having its registered office at The Ca'd'oro, 45 Gordon Street, Glasgow, G1 3PE on 21 September 2022 craving the Court inter alia to order that WEBER WOLF LIMITED a company incorporated and registered in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC432306) and having its registered office at Central Admin, PO Box 10035, 9 Church Street, Glasgow, G71 7YY be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 20 October 2022 ordered all parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the sheriff clerk at Glasgow by emailing them to glasgowcommercialcou@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
