In which Petition the Sheriff at Livingston by Interlocutor dated 7 October 2022 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and First Deliverance to be advertised once in “The Edinburgh Gazette” and “the Courier” newspapers and ordained any persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Sheriff Court House, West Lothian Civic Centre, Howden South Road, Livingstone, EH54 6FF within 8 days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given; all of which notice is hereby given.
