NOTICE is hereby given that on 29 September 2022 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Barclays Bank UK Plc, 1 Churchill Place London United Kingdom E14 5HP for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up SHINE BEAUTY LOUNGE LIMITED (COMPANY NUMBER SC438542) having their registered office at 17 Fraser Road Aberdeen AB25 3UD and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 29 September 2022 appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Press & Journal newspaper; Ordains the said SHINE BEAUTY LOUNGE LIMITED, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House Castle Street Aberdeen AB10 1WP within eight days after intimation and advertisement; under certifications, all of which notice is hereby given.
