A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at The Carpenters Arms, 1370 Uxbridge Road, Hayes, UB4 8JJ, presented on 22 August 2022 by LDF FINANCE NO.3 LIMITED whose registered office is at 58 Nicholas Street, Chester, CH1 2NP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 4 October 2022 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). This hearing will proceed in person.
