A Petition to wind up the above-named company of B S P (KNOCKHOLT) LIMITED (04028948) of Knockholt Station Goods Yard, Sevenoaks Rd,, Halstead TN14 7HR, 8 Wolsey Mansions, Wolsey Road, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 2HL (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is collection of non-hazardous waste, presented on Tuesday 16 August 2022, at 12:00 by (1) CDR NOMINEECO 1 LIMITED, (2) CDR NOMINEECO 2 LIMITED, of 140 London Wall, London EC2Y 5DN claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 05 October 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
