Notice is hereby given that on 6 September 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Selkirk Sheriff Court by UK Properties LLC, 2014 Fisher Island Drive, Miami, 33109, USA craving the Court inter alia that SCRUB HUB LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC626698) and having its registered office at 27 High Street, Peebles, Scottish Borders, Scotland, EH45 8AN (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Claire Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice Ltd, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, be appointed as interim liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Selkirk by interlocutor dated 6 September 2022; appointed all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Selkirk Sheriff Court, Sheriff Clerk's Office, Ettrick Terrace, Selkirk, TD7 4LE within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
