Notice is hereby given that on 26 August 2022, a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Service Connections Ltd, craving the Court inter alia that Service Connections Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC295032) and having its Registered Office at Clinterty Grange, Kinellar, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, AB21 0TT be wound up by the Court and that George Dylan Lafferty, Insolvency Practitioner of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA and Barry John Stewart, Insolvency Practitioner of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 30 August 2022, the Sheriff ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Aberdeen Sheriff Court, Queen Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1AQ within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
