Notice is given that under Rule 6.23 Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") the Company held was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and Melissa Lorraine Jackson (IP No. 9747) of Kennway Francis Limited, 8 High Street, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4AB was appointed Liquidator by the creditors on 25 August 2022.

Notice is further given, that the creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 14 October 2022 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidators at Kennway Francis Limited, 8 High Street, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4AB. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary.
