A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of 1 Rapid Clinics Ltd (Registered no. 13089797) of 2a Station Hill, Farnham, GU9 8AA (where service of the petition was effected) whose nature of business is “General medical practice activities” was presented on 12 August 2022 by EVERYTHING GENETIC LIMITED, 20 -22 Wenlock Road, LONDON, N1 7GU, (the Petitioner), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard in the High Court of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, LONDON, EC4A 1NL, on Wednesday 19 October 2022, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
