NOTICE is hereby given that on 27 July 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Sealand Global Limited, 4 Mclennan Street, Glasgow, G42 9DQ (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 28 July 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; eo die appointed Kenneth R Craig and Kenneth W Pattullo, both Insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Traynor, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10/14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in Section 167 and Parts 1 to 3 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; and that until an Interim Liquidator is appointed or the Petition presently pending in the Court for appointment is dimissed; all of which notice is hereby given.
