NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 18 August 2022 at 11.15 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

The time limit for lodging a proof of debt form is 4:00 p.m. on the business day prior to the meeting and the time limit for lodging a proxy is at the start of the meeting.
