A Petition to wind up the above-named company of ARTS AFFAIRS LIMITED (09054077) of 22 Davies Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 4JT, whose nature of business is holding shares in subsidiary companies, presented on 1 July 2022, by OGINI LIMITED, 2nd Floor, Gaspe House, 66-72 Esplanade Street, Helier Jersey, JE1 1GH, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Insolvency and Companies Court, Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 17 August 2022 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 16 August 2022.
