Notice is hereby given that on 20 July 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Dumfries craving the Court inter alia that Buittle Castle Limited, having its registered office at Buittle Castle, Dalbeattie, Castle Douglas, United Kingdom, DG7 1PA be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumfries by interlocutor dated 20 July 2022; ordained the said Buittle Castle Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
