NOTICE is hereby given that on 20 July 2022 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session in Edinburgh by Reids Food Service Limited a company registered under the Companies Acts and having their registered office at Bridgend House, Bridgend Industrial Estate, Dalry, Ayrshire, KA24 4LR seeking inter alia an Order that Apollo Distribution Limited a company registered under the Companies Acts with Company number SC613150 and having their registered office at 70 Woodhead Road, South Nitshill Industrial Estate, Glasgow, Scotland, G53 7NN be wound up by the Court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition Lord Clark by Interlocutor dated 26 July 2022 directed that all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Clerk of the Court of Session within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
