NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented in the Court of Session by Marino Tetmichalis, Nicolas Tetmichalis, and Francis Tetmichalis, all of 31 Westerburn Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G31 6AT (“the Petitioners”) on 5 July 2022 craving the Court inter alia to order that MNF Scaffolding Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC560854) and having its registered office at 31 Westerburn Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G31 6AT be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 7 July 2022 ordered all parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court of Session within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
