Notice is hereby given that on 6 July 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by HSS Hire Service Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number 00644490) and having its registered office at Building 2, Think Park, Mosley Road, Manchester, M17 1FQ, craving the Court that Colak and Gow Construction Engineering Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC582877) and having its registered office at 48 Clyde Offices, 2/3, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 6 July 2022 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
